The teacher dashboard shows the status of all AI features across every application on every student's laptop. Clear statuses such as ready, ready after reopen, or Chrome ready are shown so nothing is a guessing game.

A prompt for students

When a teacher switches AI off, students get an unmovable pop-up asking them to save and reopen the affected application before the change fully applies.

Locked until they comply

If a student doesn't save and reopen as asked, the pop-up remains unmoved. Additonally, their dashboard status stays pending until they follow the popu-up instructions. This flags exactly who hasn't followed through so the teacher can step in.

A nice touch for busy teachers: If AI is left switched off with the program closed, AI will automatically switch back on after 60 minutes. So nothing needs to be remembered or manually reset.
